摘要： 本文对区域型乳品企业瓶装巴氏杀菌乳产品在生产、销售过程中常见的质量投诉,进行归纳总结;从原料乳的微生物、化学残留、理化指标,瓶装产品的回收瓶源控制,回收奶瓶清洗与消毒生产工艺,食品接触面清洁中设备清洗剂,CIP清洗工艺,产品冷链管理中冷藏贮存管理,配送路线及经销商管理等方面,分析其对瓶装巴氏杀菌乳产品的质量影响,并制定相应的质量控制措施。

Abstract: This paper summarized the common quality complaints of bottled pasteurized milk products in the production and sales process of regional dairy enterprises.Microbial,chemical residues,physical and chemical indicatorsfrom raw milk, bottled products of recycling bottle source control,recycling bottle cleaning and disinfection of the production technology,equipment cleaning,CIP cleaning technology in food contact surfaces clean,products cold chain management in the refrigerated storage management,distribution route and dealer management,analyzes its impact on the quality of bottled pasteurized milk products,And formulate the corresponding quality control measures.
