Production Method of Chewable Yoghurt from Goat's Milk

Abstract: In order to meet the market demand and consumer's desire for high quality and characteristic dairy products,Shandong Zibo Youxiaochun Dairy Co.,Ltd. has recently developed and produced a kind of goat's milk yoghurt with“Chewable”and normal temperature storage characteristics.Its production process is mainly:raw material preparation-batching mixed pasteurization-compound inoculation fermentation-filling products pasteurization.This product can be easily carried and stored at room temperature.Rich in nutrition, unique in flavor,it is well received by both the market and the consumers.
