Isolation, Identification and Drug Sensitivity Test of Mastitis Milk-like Bacteria in a Pasture in Xinjiang

Abstract: At present,mastitis is still one of the most common and serious diseases in dairy cow breeding,which causes huge loss to dairy industry in China every year.In order to understand the main pathogenic bacteria of dairy cow mastitis in a large-scale farm in Xinjiang,the pathogenic bacteria of dairy cow mastitis in the farm were identified and isolated,and the drug sensitivity test was carried out to provide effective guidance for clinical treatment and prevention of diary cow mastitis.Escherichia coli, Streptococcus and Staphylococcus aureus were isolated in the results,which indicated that mastitis in the pasture was caused by a variety of pathogenic bacteria.The results of drug sensitivity showed that cefepime and ceftriaxone had the best effect.
