Abstract: In view of the high-concentration of organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus in dairy farm wastewater and the difficulty of advanced treatment, the combined process of flocculation-membrane bioreactor was used to treat high-concentration wastewater from dairy farms, and the pilot-scale operation effect of this combined process alsoinvestigated. The results showed that the removal rates of COD concentration of (18 973.0±1 589.0)mg/L,ammonia nitrogen concentration of (634.0±194.0) mg/L and total phosphorus concentration of (213.0±64.0) mg/L were 98.4%±0.5%,84.5%±10.0% and 97.9%±1.1% respectively, and COD concentration in the effluent was (301.0±94.0) mg/L,ammonia nitrogen concentration was (84.0±40.0) mg/L and total phosphorus concentration was (4.1±1.8) mg/L. It was feasible to treat high-concentration wastewater by flocculation-MBR combined process, which could effectively reduce most organic matters, nitrogen, phosphorus pollutants in dairy farm wastewater. The research results could provide technical reference for the engineering application by flocculation-MBR combined process from high-concentration wastewater of dairy farms, and provide a scientific basis for solving the environmental pollution problem of dairy farm wastes.
