从全球乳业20强榜单看我国乳业高质量发展的思路与对策研究

Abstract

Abstract: Lactalis tops the list,Nestlé drops to second place,Yili ranks among the top five and Mengniu ranks among the top 10 in the global dairy top 20 in 2021. This paper analyzed the top 20 global dairy companies in the past five years,the list reflected the current situation and development trend of global dairy industry. Meanwhile,the comparative analysis of this paper found that China's dairy industry developed strongly in recent years,but which still need pay attention to the gap between enterprise revenue,upstream milk source,product structure,risk resistance ability and international dairy giant. On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from guaranteeing the supply of high-quality raw milk,product diversification and global industrial chain layout.
