Development and Prospects of Functional Milk Powder for Middle Old age

Abstract: The demand for functional diary products is surging with the improvement of people’s lives. Functional milk powder has gradually become a new direction of product development in dairy enterprises. This study took middle-aged and elderly milk powder as the research content,selected 25 middle-aged and elderly milk powder under 13 domestic mainstream milk powder brands on the market as the research object,analyzed the product selling points and special ingredients,aimed to explore the current development status and future direction of middle-aged and elderly milk powder,and accumulated data for the development of middle-aged and elderly functional milk powder in related fields.
