Abstract: The milk industry in Wuzhong, Ningxia started in 1980s, and it is a local dominant industry and leading industry. In recent years,Wuzhong has seized the opportunity of development,and built a development pattern of the whole industrial chain integrating planting,breeding,processing and sales,with a comprehensive output value of 28 billion yuan,which has become a rich industry to help farmers increase their income. However, the high-quality development of Wuzhong's milk industry faces some severe challenges,such as improved seed breeding,scientific and technological support,personnel training,interest linkage, manure treatment and so on. Based on the idea of asking questions, analyzing problems and solving problems,this paper made an in-depth summary and analysis of resource advantages,development history,development status,existing problems and countermeasures. Aiming at the key problems that restrict the current industrial development,this paper put forward some countermeasures,such as improving breeding efficiency,expanding forage scale,strengthening factor guarantee,perfecting linkage mechanism and increasing risk prevention and control,so as to provide new ideas for promoting the high-quality development of Wuzhong milk industry.
