Treatment and prevention of contagious pleuropneumonia in dairy goats

Abstract: Dairy goat contagious pleuropneumonia, a highly pathogenic and highly contagious infectious disease, had a higher incidence rate, which had brought huge economic losses to farmers. This study analyzed the etiology, epidemiology, clinical symptoms and diagnosis methods of dairy goat contagious pleuropneumonia, summarized the prevention and control measures of the disease, proposed to strengthen feeding management, strengthen vaccine vaccination, attach importance to Chinese herbal medicine prevention, and implement strict symptomatic treatment to provide technical support for dairy goat breeding.
