Infectious diseases and improper feeding and management will affect the reproductive performance of dairy cows, and eventually lead to infertility of dairy cows, causing huge economic losses to farmers. Combined with clinical experience,the first part of the article expounds the clinical symptoms of dairy cows infertility,and then analyzes the causes of infertility from four aspects: nutrition,management, disease and reproduction.Finally, it puts forward corresponding prevention and treatment methods from the aspects of providing balanced nutrition, strengthening feeding management,disease treatment and breeding,so as to provide reference for reducing the incidence rate of infertility in dairy cows.
