Abstract

Currently,COVID-19 prevailing around the world, the calf pneumonia, also a respiratory disease, has puzzled dairy as well as beef production for decades, resulting in unpredictable economic losses. After decades of continuous exploration and research, the understanding, treatment and prevention of calf pneumonia in farms have made great progress, but there are still many problems and deficiencies to be solved. Therefore, from the perspective of veterinary medicine, this paper briefly summarizes the developmental history, current situation and possible future development direction of calf pneumonia for your reference.
