The Party Committee and people's government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region （Xinjiang for short） have always attached great importance to the development of dairy industry. In the critical period of the intersection of two centuries of history and the high-quality development of the national "14th five year plan",in order to accelerate the expansion and strengthening of dairy industry,build Xinjiang into a major dairy region in China and help rural revitalization in our district. The government has formulated the action plan for the revitalization of Xinjiang dairy industry（2019—2025）. According to the new development concept and high-quality development requirements,this paper analyzed the development status of dairy industry in Xinjiang,found its problems and shortcoming,in addition to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for its situation,look forward to better achieve the high-quality development goal of dairy industry in 2025.
