Abstract

There are a large number of microorganisms in human gut, which participate in metabolism and are related to many diseases. In this study,L28 was identified and used as the research object, and the antibiotic induced intestinal dysfunction mouse model was used as the experimental animal. The improvement function of L28 on the mouse model intestinal was explored by the plate counting method and 16s rDNA sequencing technology. The results showed that L28 was Lactobacillus plantarum and could effectively promote the promotion of Lactobacillus and Enterobacter in the intestinal tract of model mice(p<0.01),Lactobacillaceae recover faster, and there was a dose-dependent relationship. As the same time, observed species,Chao,ACE and Shannon indexes increased,Simpson index decreased, which indicated that the diversity of intestinal flora was significantly increased,L28 strain has probiotic function.
