Under the guidance of dairy market promotion and the policy of milk industry revitalization,China's dairy industry has stepped into a stage of high-quality development. In 2021, China's milk total yield,dairy import volume and the total output of dairy industry was 37.77 million tons,3.9 million tons （excluding casein,equivalent to about 22.31 million tons of raw milk）,30.32 million tons,an increase of 7.0%,18.8% and 9.4% respectively,which reflects the strong demand for domestic milk consumption. In recent years,China's milk consumption has maintained growth and consumption structure has been gradually optimized. As consumers pay more and more attention to nutrition and health,they have more recognition of the idea that milk is beneficial to improving immunity. In 2022,milk consumption will maintain a certain proportion of rigid growth,demand growth is expected to decline,annual milk consumption will increase to 63.11 million tons,an increase of about 5.0%,average consumption per capita reach to 44.7 kg.
