Influence of Temperature on Determination of Nitrite Content in Raw Milk by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry

Abstract

This article studied the influence of temperature on the determination of nitrite content in raw milk by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and established a method for determination of nitrite content in raw milk by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that the method could obtain a good linear relationship for the determination of nitrite content in raw milk,the correlation coefficient R2>0.99991,and its fitting degree was high.At 95 ℃,the average recoveries of three different levels(0.1 mg/L,0.2 mg/L,0.3 mg/L)were 91.00%,90.50%,92.17%,which were repeated RSD of test<5%.The method is easy to operate,fast to analyze,fast to extract nitrite,suitable for the determination of nitrite content in raw milk.
