[Objective]To verify the timeliness of Soleris microbial rapid detection system for rapid detection of coliform in pasteurized milk, so as to improve the shipping time of pasteurized milk products. [Methods]The Soleris microbial rapid detection system and the traditional national standard plate counting method were compared to verify the detection results of coliform in Pasteurized bactericidal milk. [Results]The results of Soleris microbial rapid detection system only need 13.5 hours, which is much shorter than the traditional national standard method. [Conclusion]Under appropriate conditions, Soleris microbial rapid detection system can detect coliform positive samples in a relatively short time. The larger the amount of coliform bacteria in the product, the shorter the detection time, and has a good consistency with the traditional national standard plate counting method, which is a feasible coliform detection method.
