[Objective]Providing scientific and effective prevention and control measures for investigating the infection of paratuberculosis in dairy cows in 7 large-scale pastures in Kuitun area of Xinjiang.[Method]This experiment continued to collect blood from long-term and intractable diarrhea cows in 7 pastures in Kuitun area from 2019 to 2021,and used ELISA method to detect paratuberculosis.[Result] The overall positive rate in 2019 was 6.55%（636/9 715）,the overall positive rate in 2020 was 6.80% （705/10 375）,the overall positive rate in 2021 was 5.23%（615/11 753）.[Conclusion] The method of quarantine and elimination has good effect on reducing the positive rate of paratuberculosis in pasture.
