In view of the current situation of the insufficient capacity to resolve administrative disputes in the dairy industry,combined with the background of administrative reconsideration playing the role of the main channel,this paper put forward a countermeasure that can be explored to implement prepositional reconsideration in the dairy industry.The principle of administrative integration,foreign practical experience and the guidance of legal reform demonstrate the feasibility of implementing the prepositional reconsideration mode in the dairy industry.The implementation of the prepositional reconsideration mode in the dairy industry requires the establishment of a pilot and gradual reform mode,the establishment of a dispute resolution,efficient and convenient review system,and the exploration of a smooth procedure,clear rights and responsibilities of the litigation.
