Dairy industry is an important industry related to the national economy and people's livelihood, and China's per capita milk consumption is low. With the development of economy and the improvement of national health consciousness, the consumption market of dairy products in China has a broad prospect. This paper takes 22 dairy companies listed on Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges as research samples, constructs an evaluation system of financial performance indicators of the dairy industry through principal component analysis and factor analysis, comprehensively evaluates financial performance, and puts forward development suggestions to provide reference for related enterprises and guide the healthy development of the dairy industry.
