Brief Analysis of Oil-free Transformation Cases of Compressed Air Systems in Dairy Industry

Abstract

This paper described the application of the catalytic oil removal system in the oil-injected screw compressor system transformation project of Mengniu Shengmu Gaoke Dairy Co.,Ltd.,and combined the principle of catalytic combustion oil removal with the actual application effect achieved after the transformation. In view of the strict requirements for oil-free air levels in the dairy and related food industries,an idea and method for transforming the oil-containing compress air system into an oil-free system was proposed,and optimization suggestions were put forward for the actual operating environment of oil-free screw compressors.
