The development of new quality productivity in dairy farming sector and the accumulation of new kinetic energy for industrial development are important tasks and goals for the development of the current dairy industry. This paper comprehensively elaborated on the reshaping of dairy farming by the new quality productivity from the necessity of new quality productivity to enhance dairy farming, the way of changing the key elements of production and the corresponding effects, and further look forward to the important role of new quality productivity in the long-term, sustainable development of the dairy farming industry.
