In recent years,with the support of the dairy industry from the country,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and Ulanqab,the dairy industry in Ulanqab has entered a fast lane in all aspects of the entire industry chain of planting,breeding,processing and sales.The development of the dairy industry in Ulanqab has gradually formed the characteristics and achieved certain achievements,but there were still problems and shortcomings. The current development of the milk industry in Ulanqab city has new situations and new problems, and it is urgent to adhere to problem-oriented and chain thinking to promote high-quality development. At the same time,under the influence of the consumer market,coupled with the Nine Policies and Measures to Promote the Revitalization of the Dairy Industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,there are some new situations and problems in current development of the dairy industry in Ulanqab,and it is urgent to adhere to problem-oriented and chain thinking to promote the high-quality development. This paper studied on the high-quality development of dairy industry in Ulanqab,and objectively analyzed the current situation from the aspects of planting,breeding,processing and salesby means of literature review, field investigation, visit and discussion,and analyzed the current development dilemma, new situation and new problems from the aspects of planting,breeding,and dairy product processing. This paper put forward some suggestions on the high-quality development of Ulanqab dairy industry from the aspects of promoting the sustainable development of dairy breeding industry,high-quality development of dairy processing industry and improving the guarantee measures.
