This study took Yili Group,Mengniu Dairy,and Guangming Dairy as the objects,and compared and analyzed their financial indicators from four dimensions： profitability,debt paying ability,operational ability,and development ability,aiming to reveal Yili Group's competitive position in the dairy industry. The research results showed that Yili Group outperforms Mengniu Dairy and Guangming Dairy in terms of profitability,with higher indicators such as gross profit margin,net profit margin,and return on equity. In terms of operational capability,its inventory turnover rate,accounts receivable turnover rate,and other indicators perform excellently,with high efficiency in inventory management and fund recovery,outperforming its competitors. However,Yili Corporation has a relatively high debt to asset ratio,reflecting significant debt repayment pressure. Nevertheless,Yili Corporation's advantages in profitability and operational efficiency have placed it in an important position in the dairy industry. This study provided reference and suggestions for investors to evaluate the investment value of Yili Corporation and for enterprise managers to optimize financial strategies,enhance competitiveness,and maintain market leadership.
