Research on Inheritance and Development of Heilongjiang Dairy Culture during Social Transition Period-- Based on the Perspective of Cultural Economics

Abstract: China is currently in the period of social transition, the economic structure is shifting from incremental expansion to adjustment of stock, optimizing and increasing simultaneously. Based on the theories of cultural economics and taking Zhao dong City of Heilongjiang Province as an example, this paper makes an analysis using the economic model, and then puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions. From the macro perspective, this paper uses SWOT analysis and other methods to explain the driving force of cultural economy and how the meaning demand is generated, and lays the foundation for the interaction between culture and economy, and studies how to scientifically inherit and develop Chinese dairy culture in the period of social transformation. Micro aspect, to different regional culture and intergenerational cultural influence on the development of dairy industry, in the face of China's dairy industry lack of international competitiveness, lack of confidence in the market of the status quo, explore the influence of cultural factors on the development of dairy industry effect, find out the development of dairy industry in our country has a significant impact on cultural factors, in order to promote efficiency of dairy production, industrial transformation and upgrading is to find the support of cultural factors.
