Quality Control of Bottled Pasteurized Milk in Regional Dairy Enterprises

Abstract: This paper summarized the common quality complaints of bottled pasteurized milk products in the production and sales process of regional dairy enterprises.Microbial,chemical residues,physical and chemical indicatorsfrom raw milk, bottled products of recycling bottle source control,recycling bottle cleaning and disinfection of the production technology,equipment cleaning,CIP cleaning technology in food contact surfaces clean,products cold chain management in the refrigerated storage management,distribution route and dealer management,analyzes its impact on the quality of bottled pasteurized milk products,And formulate the corresponding quality control measures.
