Isolation,Identification and Drug Resistance Analysis of Staphylococcus aureus from Raw Camel Milk

Abstract: In order to understand the contamination status of Staphylococcus aureus in raw camel milk in the breeding process,this study collected 90 raw camel milk samples from camel farmers,and carried out the enrichment,culture and separation of Staphylococcus aureus,and the automatic microbial biochemical identification instrument was used for identification,and the drug resistance analysis of the isolated positive strains was carried out by the disc diffusion method. The results of biochemical identification showed that 8 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from 90 raw camel milk samples, with an isolation rate of 8.9%. The drug resistance analysis showed that the 8 positive strains were resistant to penicillin up to 75%,the sensitivity rate to ofloxacin was the highest,up to 100%,the sensitivity rate to cefoperazone sodium and ciprofloxacin was higher,and the sensitivity rate was up to 87.5%,the sensitivity rate to streptomycin,kanamycin, amoxicillin,cefazolin and cefoxitin,tetracycline,chloramphenicol, cefotaxime,lincomycin,benzacillin and gentamicin ranged from 37.5% to 75.0%. This study provides a reference for the prevention and control of Staphylococcus aureus in raw camel milk.
