Abstract: In recent years,the bankruptcy reorganization cases of enterprises emerge one after another,among which the creditor's rights and debts of Cody Dairy bankruptcy case are complicated and diversified. The bankruptcy administrator system is an important measure to solve such cases. As a new system in China,the estate administrator system still has some shortcomings in practical experience. The estate administrator system has certain similarities with the bankruptcy administrator. The estate administrator system can learn from the relevant system of the bankruptcy administrator,and then combine the actual situation to improve the relevant system of the estate administrator.
