Research on the Safety Supervision and Guarantee Mechanism of Dairy Products

Abstract: With the continuous enhancement of national health awareness, consumers' demand for high-quality dairy products such as pure natural, nutritious, and organic is on the rise. To ensure the quality and safety of dairy products, the Chinese government strives to lead the construction of relevant regulatory systems and operational mechanisms through party building, improve the quality testing standards of dairy products, and ensure the safety of dairy products for residents. Exploring the construction of a supervision and guarantee mechanism for dairy product safety from the current perspective, with the aim of providing reference for better prevention and resolution of issues related to safe drinking of dairy products in the future.
