Abstract: With the rapid progress of information technology,people's personal privacy in the environment of rapid transmission of electronic data is increasingly exposed,just like "ransparent people".Subsequently,the issue of network privacy has gradually become the focus of public and academic attention.Nowadays,a large number of websites obtain the public's personal privacy data by various means,and citizens' personal information is at risk of illegal use.In this context,in order to fully protect the privacy rights of citizens in the network era,this paper took Dairy company as an entry point to explore the perfection of China's network privacy protection system.
