Enhancement and Improvement of Dairy Farm Employee Welfare by Milking Robots

Abstract: Milking robot is an intelligent device that brings significant change to modern dairy farming, which not only effectively improves the farming mode and operational efficiency,but also effectively reduces the low-level physical labor of farm employees and improves their work quality and efficiency. This paper synthesized existing studies and case studies to comprehensively explore the improvement of milking robots on employee welfare in dairy farms in terms of employee work patterns,decision-making styles,and work experiences,and makes recommendations for related developments.
