Development of a Dairy Analyzer Auxiliary Tool Based on Easy Programming Language

Abstract: [Objective] An auxiliary tool for MilkoScan FT1 was developed based on Chinese programming software-Easy Programming Language. [Method] By traversing the detection data in the dairy analyzer,the software extracted the target data and participated in the compliance determination of the standard sample. The batch and the reference values of standard samples were put into the software interface of dairy analyzer by means of process control commands and the text delivery method. Automatic cycle cleaning of dairy analyzer was realized by using API to operate instrument menu and simulating mouse operation. [Result] The software successfully implemented the functions of analyzing dairy analyzer detection data, delivering target data, and automatic cleaning. [Conclusion] By developing an auxiliary tool,optimized the problem of data analysis in the process of dairy detection,improved the automation level of dairy analyzer operation,and achieved stronger man-machine collaboration.
