Comparative Study on Technical Efficiency of Dairy Industry in Hebei Province

Abstract: Scientific and technological innovation plays a decisive role in promoting the high-quality development of dairy industry. Comparing the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation of dairy industry in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei can clarify the future development path of dairy industry in Hebei Province. Based on the statistical data,the technical efficiency of dairy industry in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei is calculated and compared by using the data envelopment analysis method,and the weaknesses of dairy industry factor allocation in Hebei Province were revealed. Research showed that the coordinated development strategy of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei has promoted the overall efficiency of dairy industry in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei. Hebei dairy industry is in the leading position in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei region,and its scale efficiency has declined. Tianjin dairy industry has a small scale,and the allocation of factors has not reached the optimal state. Based on this,the paper put forward the countermeasures for the development of high quality dairy industry in Hebei Province to improve the technical efficiency of dairy industry.
