Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Probiotics on Clinical Efficiency and Blood Indexes of Cow Endometritis

Abstract: [Objective]In order to study the effect of Chinese herbal microecological preparation on the clinical curative effect and blood index of dairy Endometritis.[Method] The Chinese herbal medicine was weighed according to the formula,soaked in ethanol solution first,then heated by reflux to extract the effective component,and condensed to 0.5 g/mL,adding glucose to boil,inoculating lactobacillus and black tea fungus at low temperature to prepare microecological preparation of traditional Chinese medicine. The lactating cows in a dairy farm with endometritis syndrome were randomly divided into Chinese herbal microecological treatment group,positive control group and negative control group. The cows were examined by colposcopy on the 7th day after treatment and blood was collected simultaneously from jugular vein,thelevels of Leucocyte,neutrophil,monocyte,serum calcium,phosphorus,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate Aminotransferase(AST)and Lactate dehydrogenase were measured before and after treatment.[Result]The cure rate was 86.67% and the effective rate was 93.33%.The differences of white blood cells,neutrophils,ALT,AST and LDH in the blood were significantly different from those in the negative control group(P<0.01),and the contents of monocyte,serum calcium and phosphorus were significantly different from the negative control group (P<0.05).There were no significantly differences in blood indexes between the negative control group and the treatment group(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Chinese herbal microecological preparation has a good therapeutic effect on dairy Endometritis.
