Research on Standard System of Milk and Dairy Products Smart Laboratory

Abstract: The dairy intelligence laboratory is an indispensable part of the intelligence of dairy enterprises, and is the only way to promote the development of China's dairy industry. However, at this stage, there is no standard to define how to define the smart laboratory and how to build and operate it. Therefore, aiming at the construction and application of dairy smart laboratory, this paper establishes a scientific and reasonable standard system to clarify the connotation and definition of milk and dairy smart laboratory. Starting from the technology and management aspects of automation system, perception system, information system, data system, etc., it develops standards, fills the gaps in the industry, and explores and demonstrates the application at the level of pasture and dairy enterprises. The resulting series of standardization results will be of great significance to accelerate the intelligent transformation of dairy enterprises and promote the high-quality development of the dairy industry.
