Abstract: Affected by various factors, the price of raw milk continues to decline, and dairy farming profits have been squeezed. In order to protect the interests of dairy farmers, Hanting District has implemented target price insurance for raw milk and policy-based dairy farming insurance, which has effectively improved the ability of the dairy farming industry to withstand market risks and natural disasters, mobilized the breeding enthusiasm of dairy farmers, and stabilized the production of milk sources, ensured the effective supply of raw milk, and promoted the modernization development of the dairy industry. At the same time, the government's less fiscal funds have the effect of allocating thousands of pounds in four or two, achieving the government's goal of providing timely assistance to farmers and icing on the cake to the regional economy. Based on the development of policy-based dairy farming insurance and raw milk target price insurance in Hanting District, Weifang City, this paper put forward suggestions on implementing two policies to benefit the people.
