A glass of milk strengthens a nation. The dairy industry in China started late and has only recently become part of the local diet, lacking a distinctly Chinese dairy culture. This paper suggested building a dairy consumption foundation focused on short-shelf-life products,promoting mid-shelf-life dairy consumption,and exploring uniquely Chinese aspects of long-shelf-life dairy products. By developing a comprehensive system encompassing short-,mid-,and long-shelf-life dairy products,the goal is to drive high-quality,healthy,and stable growth in China's dairy industry.
