This study focused on the loss rates of vitamins of infant formula milk powder during the shelf life. The results showed that the loss rates of fat-soluble vitamins——vitamin A，vitamin E，vitamin K1 were high and more than 20%. In addition，the loss rate of folic acid in infant formula milk powder was significantly higher than that the larger infant formula and young children formula milk powder；vitamin B1，vitamin B2，vitamin B6，niacin，pantothenic acid，vitamin C and biotin were relatively stable in shelf life.Nitrogen-filled cans and nitrogen-filled box products were similar in the loss rates of vitamins.
