New Equipment and Process for Liquid Milk Production

Abstract: Liquid milk includes pasteurized milk,UHT ultra high temperature sterilized milk,etc. At present,heat treatment is the sterilization process of liquid milk in China. However,dormant spores may still remain in liquid milk after heat treatment,which brings potential risks to liquid milk products. The paper introduced the types and existing problems of liquid milk sterilization technology,the design of sterile tank which can isolate the air and the use of hydrogen medicine to produce hydrogen dairy products,to improve the quality of liquid milk,prolong the shelf life,obtain molecular hydrogen medical effect.
