Evaluation and Path Optimization of High-quality Development of Dairy Industry in Hebei Province under Double Carbon Target

Abstract: In Double Carbon target background,Hebei Province dairy industry maintain a good development trend,industry revitalization work is effective,has entered a stage of high-quality development.This paper used the entropy method evaluation model to quantitatively evaluate the development of the dairy industry in Hebei Province in four dimensions: production factors,market structure and competition,social and economic development,and resources and environment.The results showed that among the four dimensions,factors of production have the greatest weight （0.303） and resources and environment have the least weight （0.183）,therefore,to improve the high quality of dairy industry must pay great attention to the development of factors of production in dairy industry and suggest to optimize the forage cultivation structure,improve the quality of dairy products and improve the construction of quality index system for building the evaluation system to build path of high-quality development of dairy industry.
