Analysis of Somatic Cell Number in Raw Milk and Senson’Effect on Milk Composition

Abstract: [Objective]To explore the effects of season and other factors on somatic cell number,protein content,lipid content and total number of colonies,and the relationship between somatic cell number and protein content,fat content and total number of colonies,and the relationship between somatic cell number and protein content,fat content and total number of colonies.[Methods]The number of milk-producing somatic cells, protein content,lipid content and total number of colonies were obtained through milk composition analysis.The correlation analysis method was used to explore the trend and correlation of milk composition.[Results]The change trend of somatic cell number,protein content,lipid content and total number of colonies was greatly affected by climate,and the number of mammary cells was significantly negatively correlated with milk production,protein content,fat content,and total colonies.[Conclusion]Temperature and humidity are important factors affecting the number and content of raw milk cells,and the number of raw milk cells should be controlled to further optimize milk quality.
