The Application of Big Data Cloud Platform Management to Improve the Safety and Efficiency of Fresh Milk Transportation

Abstract: China's dairy industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading. Real time and effective use of big data,cloud platform and other information management technologies can improve the safe production efficiency and quality of fresh milk and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the dairy industry. With the continuous improvement of the demand for fresh milk and the transportation distance,the quality supervision from the production ranch to the dairy factory has become an important link in the safe production of fresh milk. How to efficiently realize the dispatching of fresh milk transportation vehicles,visual monitoring of transportation status, and real-time monitoring of the quality of fresh milk,it is an important direction of attention and practical exploration of the current raw and fresh milk production and processing enterprises. In order to ensure the quality of raw and fresh milk through the whole process of zero blind area supervision,this paper introduced how to use the big data platform to realize the intercommunication of the management of APP modules such as raw and fresh milk transport vehicle management,allocation information,process monitoring,report center and background information,to break the isolated island of information sharing,to connect the information between the ranch and the dairy processing plant,to achieve zero delay of information in the whole process of information allocation and supervision,protect the last kilometer of safe production of fresh milk.
