Comparison and Analysis of Nutritional Composition between Common Animal Milk and Human Milk

Abstract: Milk is rich in a variety of essential nutrients for human,which plays an important role in the growth and development and immunity. In addition to cow’s milk,buffalo milk,horse milk,camel milk,goat milk,donkey milk,yakmilk and other characteristic milk have gradually entered people's vision. At the same time,human milk is the most natural and ideal food for infants. It is the main source of nutrients for infants in the early stage. It contains rich nutrients and bioactive ingredients. In order to better compare the differences and advantages of these seven kinds of common animal milk and human milk,this paper summarized their differences in the composition of lactose,fat,protein,minerals,vitamins and other nutrients,which found that yak milk has the highest protein content and rich amino acid types,the lactose content of horse milk was the highest,the fat content of camel milk was higher,and the water-soluble vitamin content was also the highest,donkey milk has the characteristics of low fat and high lactose.
