Abstract: Breast milk is the most natural, safe, ideal food for infants, as well as the best source of infant nutrition. Breast milk, as an important reference standard for infant formula, has been a hot research field at home, abroad. In recent years, there are more, more researches focusing on the composition of human milk fatty acid in China. Through statistical methods, the content of lipids, lipid composition rules, the affected factors, and found that breast milk fatty acid composition in China is affected by the time factors, regional factors, economic conditions, which provide the basis for the adjustment, optimization of breast milk composition by changing the interventional factors of breast milk.
