The Application of Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometrography Technology in the Detection of Dairy Products

Abstract: Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology is an analysis method that effectively combines gas chromatography and mass spectrometry,which realizes the complementary advantages of the two and greatly improves the accuracy of detection results. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry can efficiently separate samples, and at the same time it can be qualitative and quantitative. It plays an important role in food quality inspection and safety control. In recent years, the GC-MS technology has been widely used in the analysis and detection of dairy products. It can be used in the detection of pesticide residues,food additives,food composition detection in dairy products and food packaging,etc. The GC-MS detection method is simple and quick to operate.
