Economic and Market Analysis of Camel Dairy Products in the World and China

Abstract: The production and consumption of camel milk has a long history. In the new period, with the discovery of new functions and rich nutritional value of camel dairy products, the demand at home and abroad is growing rapidly. This paper analyzes the industrial chain, supply, cost and market situation of global camel dairy products. Combined with the reality of camel milk production, consumption and distribution in China, it is proposed that in order to promote the development of camel dairy products, we should vigorously develop the cooperative model at the front of the industrial chain; Support manufacturers in production and processing, accelerate product innovation and establish brands; In the distribution stage, pay attention to the distribution revolution caused by e-commerce and explore the benefit sharing mechanism of supply chain; In the industry, it should formulate higher level industry standards, strengthen management and purify the market; The regulatory authorities should crack down on counterfeit goods, enhance consumer confidence, gradually cultivate the consumer market, and bring new opportunities for creating new industries and increasing farmers' income in the western desert areas.
