Application of Quality Control Method in Dairy Fat Detection

Abstract: In order to verify and measure the stability and accuracy of fat test results in milk and its products,the laboratory can monitor the testing situation through quality control methods,and the combination of a variety of quality control methods can reduce the systematic error of the experimental process.In this paper,by 6 means of quality control samples,ability validation,sample measured again,method comparison and contrast between the personnel and quality control chart to detect data for dynamic monitoring,make the whole process of the test under control and know the trends of the fat project,ensure the accuracy of the test results.
