Abstract: Dairy cow artificial insemination technology accelerates the process of dairy cattle breed improvement,realizes the cross-regional and overtime utilization and sharing of outstanding bull semen,which greatly promotes the development of cattle breeding and animal husbandry.Starting from the application status of artificial insemination in dairy cows,this article introduces the advantages and disadvantages of artificial insemination technology. Finally,combined with my own work experience, the technical points of estrus identification,timely mating,semen thawing,semen testing,insemination,semen preservation,and pregnancy testing Overview,in order to better promote the application of artificial insemination technology in dairy cows.
