Study on Selection of Concurrent Estrus Program After Pregnancy Test in High-Producing Dairy Cows

Abstract: In order to study the same period is suitable for high producing dairy cows program plan, will test the body condition is good, normal uterus, ovarian development in different times 218 holstein cows, randomly divided into 1, 2, 106 and 112, respectively, in each group separately using two year program (0.5.6.8 and 0.7.8.9) for processing, measuring period conception rate, to evaluate the applicability of the two year program for high producing dairy cows. The results showed that the pregnancy rate of experimental group 2 (41.96%) was significantly higher than that of experimental group 1 (30.19%) (P< 0.01). In addition, the influence of different parities on the effect of sperm transfusion was analyzed. There was a significant difference between the highest pregnancy rate of 40.68% and that of 1 pregnancy period (P<0.05), and the lowest pregnancy rate of 28.79% in 3 or more parities was significantly different from that of 2 and 1 pregnancy (P<0.01).
