Comparison of Vitamin K1 Content in Three Infant Formula Milk Powders under Different Storage Conditions

Abstract: This article compares the stability of fat-soluble vitamin K1 in three infant formula milk powders during storage,and tracks the changes in the content of vitamin K1 under different temperature storage conditions.By comparing the trend of the content of vitamin K1with the content of storage time,the content of vitamin K1 in infant formula milk powder has almost no change in a cool and dry environment and at room temperature. Under high temperature and low temperature,the content decreases slightly with the extension of storage time. When the weighing amount of milk powder is 1.0 g and the constant volume is 5mL,the method detection limit is 0.74 μg/100g,and the method quantification limit is 2.23 μg/100 g.In this range, the linear regression equation Y=4.0 106X+2.42 104, at this timeR2=0.9998.
