Common Reproductive Disorders and Control Measures for Dairy Cows

Abstract: Reproductive disorders are a common type of disease in dairy cow breeding and can reduce reproductive performance. Diseases such as endometritis,fetal coat failure,and ovarian cysts are the main causes of reproductive disorders in cows. In addition,genetic,nutritional and environmental factors can also cause reproductive disorders in cows,which seriously affect the normal production of cows and cause huge economic losses to China's dairy farming industry. This paper discussed the causes,clinical symptoms,treatment and preventive measures of the reproductive disorders to raise awareness of the farms.
