Liquid Milk Market Analysis and Prospect

Abstract: As people living standard enhancement and the awareness of healthy eating, dominated by liquid milk dairy market got rapid development,liquid milk segment category emerge in endlessly,constantly meet people's growing health nutrition demand,but the per capita dairy consumption is low,continues to increase imports of liquid milk is still the main status.In this paper,the development status of liquid milk market in China was analyzed,the reasons for the strong consumption of liquid milk were explored,and the development trend of liquid milk was forecasted. The conclusions are as follows:normal temperature milk still plays a dominant role in liquid milk market due to its low requirements for transportation and storage conditions. However,with the gradual improvement of the construction of national cold chain distribution system,the consumption proportion of low temperature milk will continue to increase and it is expected to become the dominant force in liquid milk market. In the future,we should further tap the consumption potential of township market,reduce the dependence on imported dairy products,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of dairy industry.
